Take I-64 Westbound to the I-564 Exit toward the Naval Base. Exit immediately onto Terminal Blvd (there is only one way to go here). Follow Terminal Blvd. until it intersects with Hampton Blvd. in front of the Norfolk International Terminals. Take a right onto Hampton Blvd. Go approximately one mile and turn right onto 90th Street. The pool is visible from Hampton Blvd, but it is about 200 meters from the road. You enter the pool from the right side of the building.
Old Dominion University Pools, Norfolk, VA
Take I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk. This highway turns into Waterside Drive. Follow Waterside Drive for several blocks, which turns into Boush Street. At the intersection of Boush and Brambleton avenue, make a left turn onto Brambleton. Move into the right lane. you will see a sign that says "ODU." Merge with the traffic onto Hampton Boulevard approximately three miles. You will turn left on 49th Street to progress to either pool on the campus.
Midtown Aquatic Center, Newport News, VA
From I-64 Westbound - Take I-64 Westbound through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Exit at the Mercury Blvd. exit toward the James River Bridge (Exit 263). Go about four Miles and turn right onto Jefferson Ave. The pool is about two miles up On the left next to a large Flea Market. You must turn left onto McLawhorn to get to the parking lot to the Recreational Complex.
From I-664 Northbound - Take I-664 North through the Monitor/Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel to Newport News. Exit onto Jefferson Ave. (Exit 5) and go north. The pool is about Five miles up on the left next to a large Flea Market. You must turn left onto McLawhorn to get to the parking lot for the Recreational Complex.

From I-64, take Exit 250 (Fort Eustis Blvd) towards Fort Eustis. Enter the base on this road and be sure to observe posted speed limits. Once on the base, this road will be called Washington Blvd. It will go through a circular intersection. Stay on this road through the intersection and turn right at the next intersection (Tyler Road). The Aquatic Center (Building 641) is on the left. It is rare to find a parking spot in the Aquatic Center lot, but there is plenty of parking about 100 yards further down Tyler Road to the left or right.
Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center, George Mason University - Manassas, VA
Take I-64 W towards Richmond. Take I-295 North to I-95 North towards Washington. Stay on I-95N for approximately 67 miles. Take Exit 152 (VA-234) and keep left at the fork in ramp. Take Route 234 North or the Prince William Parkway to the City of Manassas. Turn Left onto Hastings Drive. Hastings Drive becomes Godwin Drive after the intersection at Route 28. At the next light, turn left onto University Blvd, then turn right into the campus and follow signs to the Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center.
