This competitive season TIDE will introduce a new structure to its competitive team.

This restructuring is meant to create more opportunities for athletes to define and pursue individual goals amongst a team dynamic, to provide guidance for athletes and their families for participation within a specific group, and to align the groups in a manner that allows for continued maturation and growth within a competitive environment.
